Students are the backbone for development and growth. Working independently is not the answer to the question of advancements, but teamwork is. However, the major challenge that students face is to take the responsibility to lead a group of people in the same direction, collaboratively. An educational institution is not a mere block that develops a generation of learners and workers. It is a place that frames future leaders for better todays and the best tomorrows. The Indian Public School Erode adheres to this vision with its effective, active and collaborative ‘Student Council.’

“The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development. There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them.” John Maxwell
